We're a tiny team. We pick people up one at a time, after a long conversation, when the role is real and the work is waiting. Roles we expect to open in the next 6 months:
- Field operations lead - Owns the BUD Pro onboarding playbook + on-the-ground rollout in new metros.
- Senior product engineer - Full-stack TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres. AI tooling experience a plus.
- Marketplace ops - Listings quality, buyer support, refunds, chargebacks.
