What does it cost me upfront?
Nothing. There's no walkthrough fee, no listing fee, no minimums. We take a 15% commission on items that sell - and only on items that sell.
What if my house is already mid-demo?
As long as the items are intact and accessible, we can still catalog and sell. Call us same-day; we'll come look.
Who handles the pickups?
Buyers come to the property in scheduled windows. A BUD Pro is on-site to coordinate, check IDs, and handle the cash or QR-scan payment.
Do I have to be there?
No. We work with a key, a code, or a contractor on-site. You can be anywhere.
What doesn't sell?
We donate sellable-but-unsold items to local Habitat ReStores or salvage partners. Nothing usable goes to the landfill.
