For homeowners
How much does it cost me?
Nothing upfront. We take a 15% commission on items that sell. No walkthrough fee, no listing fee, no minimums.
How long does it take?
Average is 14-21 days from first call to final payout. If demo is sooner, ask about our 'express' track.
Who actually buys this stuff?
Contractors, renovators, designers, second-hand resellers, and homeowners doing their own projects. Most buyers come from a 50-mile radius.
What happens to what doesn't sell?
We donate it to local Habitat ReStores and salvage partners. We track every diversion. The landfill is the last resort.
Do I need to clean or prep anything?
No. We catalog the house as-is. Less prep = more time to sell.

For buyers
How do I pay?
Card or Apple Pay through the marketplace. Sale events at the property can also accept cash. 12% buyer's premium covers checkout + platform.
Can I inspect items before I buy?
Yes. Most BUD Pros run 2-3 in-person sale events at the property in the days before demo. You can also request a viewing window.
Is everything sold as-is?
Yes. Used home fixtures are sold as-is with no warranty. Listings include condition grades (A/B/C/D), photos, and known defects.
How does pickup work?
After checkout you'll get a QR code and pickup-window options. Show up in your window; a BUD Pro will scan the code and release the item.

For BUD Pros
What does a territory cost?
There's a one-time onboarding fee and a monthly platform fee. The platform fee is a small fraction of typical first-month gross. Specifics on the application call.
What's the split?
BUD Pros keep 85% of gross after the buyer's premium and processing. The rest covers platform, tech, and ad fund.
How exclusive is a territory?
One BUD Pro per metro for the first 12 months. After that we may open a second territory only if demand outstrips capacity.
Do I need warehouse space?
No. Items stay in the house until buyer pickup. Many BUD Pros use their existing demo truck or van for the occasional same-day move.
