How it works
From walkthrough to wire transfer.
Every house gets the same playbook. The names change, the inventory changes, but the steps don't. Here's exactly what happens, in order.
The process
Six steps, in order.
Walkthrough + sale agreement
A BUD Pro visits the property. We confirm what's coming out, when demo day is, and how proceeds will be split. The homeowner signs a one-page sale agreement. Free, no obligation. Usually 60-90 minutes on-site. Same-day digital agreement.
AI capture
The BUD Pro walks the house with a phone. Every fixture is photographed. BUD Vision identifies the item, drafts a title, suggests a price, and stamps it with a unique QR code label. Typical home: 100-400 items. Pricing references live eBay sold-comps + retail MSRP.
Listings go live
Once the BUD Pro reviews the AI drafts, listings publish to the BUD marketplace and cross-post to Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and (for higher-value items) eBay.
Buyers shop + reserve
Buyers browse, pay online with card or Apple Pay (with a 12% buyer's premium), and reserve a pickup window. Sale-event days are scheduled in the run-up to demo day for in-person browsing too.
Pickup day
Buyers arrive in their window. A BUD Pro scans the QR code on the item, confirms the buyer's order, and the item leaves the house. Everything is logged to the minute.
Payout
7 days after the last pickup, the homeowner's share is wired directly to their bank. Detailed itemized statement included. We keep our commission. The bulldozer can show up.
Two perspectives
Same process, different seat.
You're not selling - we are.
You sign one agreement, hand over a key, and answer your phone twice. Everything else - the listings, the buyers, the pickups - happens behind the scenes.
You're an operator, not a salesperson.
You walk the house with the app, drop labels on items, and supervise pickups. AI handles the writing and the pricing. Buyers come to you.
